In general, you are an eligible Retirement Plan participant if you are a full-time permanent employee of the CTA who has completed 12 months of continuous service.

Our office is open on an appointment-only basis. We are not accepting walk-ins at this time.
If you have a question about benefits from the Retirement Plan, please call us at 312.441.9694 and leave your name, phone number, and badge # (if applicable). We will return your call within one business day. We can also set up in-person or videoconference appointments with you as needed.
If you have a scheduled appointment with a staff member, you will be required to complete a COVID-19 symptom checklist before you can enter the office.
